Refund policy

Every piece is made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order. Not sure which size to pick? Send us a message and we'll help.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us at ofsyd913@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send you a replacement or a full refund. In most cases, you won't need to send the item back.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn't gone into production yet. Once printing has started, the order can't be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
