Shipping policy
Every OFSYD piece is printed to order, so it takes a few days to make before it ships.
Processing time
Your order is printed, checked and packed within 3–7 business days.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- United States: 9–14 days
- Taiwan: 9–14 days
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Duties and taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, import fees are already covered, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders shipped anywhere else may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Address and phone number
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before you place your order. The carrier may use your phone number to confirm delivery. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll ship it again once the new shipping cost is covered.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at ofsyd913@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
